Qualifications for Participation
- Have never owned a home, or
- Have not owned a home for at least 10 years
About the Program
What will I learn?You will learn about the home buying process, how to identify and overcome common barriers to homeownership, financing, home shopping, and closing. |
What certifications will I earn?Upon completion, you’ll receive a first-time homebuyer certification to qualify you for downpayment assistance. |
Who supports this program?PPL workshops are certified through the Home Stretch program of the Minnesota Home Ownership Center. |
